At the Helen Bader Foundation (Foundation), maintaining the trust that you have placed in us is our highest priority. This Privacy Policy discloses to the Foundation's constituencies our policies regarding the collection and disclosure of information considered to be "nonpublic personal information."

Because certain information about you, your organization, or your charitable activities is necessary to administer and service you online, we obtain nonpublic personal information about you from information that you provide on registrations, applications and related forms, and from transactions in which you participate.
